The Doña安娜县 职员’s Office and 遗嘱认证的法官’s Office will perform marriage ceremonies on Valentine's Day during the “Romance at the Rotunda” event at the at the Doña安娜县 政府 Center. For couples wishing to get married on that day, 在这里 are the steps you need to take before February 14.
步骤1: Complete the Online Marriage Application by clicking 在这里. After completing the application, you’ll receive a transaction number. 保持这个号码. Please note marriage licenses are issued by appointment only. Appointments are filling up quickly, so please complete this step as soon as possible. Couples getting married on Feb. 14 but not participating in the Romance at the Rotunda event must also make an appointment to acquire a marriage license before their ceremony.
步骤2: Call the 职员’s Office at 575-647-7421 to schedule an appointment to complete the application process. To participate in the Romance at the Rotunda event, you will schedule a ceremony time slot in addition to scheduling the marriage application appointment. Give the 职员 the transaction number from Step 1 above.
步骤3: Both applicants must attend the appointment in person at the 职员’s Office (inside the 政府 Center) to finalize the marriage application. Applicants must bring their ID to the appointment.
步骤4: On Wednesday, February 14, arrive 30 minutes before your ceremony to check in. Check-in will be in front of the 职员’s Office, located on the right side of the government building.

步骤6: After the ceremony, return the Signed 结婚证书 to the check-in table for recording and filing by the 职员’s Office staff.
Couples wishing to get married on Valentine’s Day must have a marriage license prior to their ceremony. Remember to bring it with you to the ceremony. Spanish ceremonies are also available upon request.
